28 Apr Lauren and Andrew’s Wedding Photography
Lauren and Andrew
On April 15th 2016 I had the distinct pleasure of photographing Lauren and Andrew’s wedding day. They also have the honor of being the very first couple married on the Downingtown Country Club beautiful new outdoor space. In fact, the DCC team was actually putting the final touches on the landscaping until right before the wedding. It looked beautiful and the wedding could not have gone smoother!
Of course, before Lauren and Andrew’s wedding day took off there were some special moments inside of the Downingtown Country Club Bridal Suite.
Wedding photography allows me to be a “fly on the wall” for so many special moments. It is truly an honor to be responsible for collecting theses stolen moments.
Lauren was absolutely stunning in her gown. It not only fit her beautifully but it fit her personality even more! Elegant, contemporary and beautiful!
When the ceremony moved outdoors you could truly feel how special a place the new Downingtown Country Club Pergola was going to be. Lauren and Andrew are the first couple to get married there and clearly their love will be laying a path for many other couples that follow them into their own wedded bliss! One of my favorite parts of the ceremony was Lauren and Andrew’s Rose Ceremony. They each gave a rose to the others; mom and then hugged their neck. (BTW I’m from the south and when we say “Hugged their neck”, it means they hugged, just a little tighter.)
A fun shot for Andrew since he is such a big golfer!
and then a fun shot for me because I love being inventive with couples who trust me to create a one-of-a-kind shot just for them. . . “FOUR!”
The pink flowers were just spectacular to photograph with Lauren and Andrew.
I wish you two many years of happiness together and I hope Andrew will always trust Lauren enough to hit a golfball out of his mouth, especially when they are in their 90’s!
